Our annual report and accounts for the year ended 31st December 2024 are now filed with – and available to read and download at the Charity Commission’s website.
We had a tremendous year in 2024 as we transformed our centre and our services to make our space a bright and welcoming place. An activity and social hub, a place for education and peer support – and a whole new program of activities inside the centre and in the community.
We also created new services away from the centre in our local hospitals and supporting our clients 1:1 in their homes and in their communities.
