We partnered with the University of Plymouth when we were proud beneficiaries of their 2024/5 “Get Involved Awards”. Collaborating with Associate Professor Alyson Norman, we created a research project with the aim of exploring and evidencing the need for our Hospital Liaison Service and the outcomes and benefits seen after just nine months of that work.
We were invited to celebrate the conclusion of the project by recording a short film with Alyson describing the partnership, the research plan and the journey to the finished project paper – that will, hopefully, prove the vital need for Hospital Liaison support and persuade wonderful grant foundations and our Integrated Care Board to fund the service for the foreseeable future.
