Louise’s Letter: Week Ending 11th July 2025
Tuesday
Today the clients took part in a cooking session with Tami from “Food is Fun”. It had been decided that due to Wimbledon being on TV throughout the week, we should all help to make some plain scones, alongside sandwiches consisting of various fillings such as ham and tomato (a personal favourite of mine), cheese and chutney, and cream cheese with chives and cucumber. I loved the lovely light scones (which I didn’t help to make) but I certainly enjoyed eating them, as did the other clients who were present.

Friday
Natasha led the session today with her story-telling and creative-thinking. This process helps to enable clients to create various stories within a group session, as well as sometimes individually. Clients do tend to go off at a tangent sometimes but that’s fine, as it can lead to interesting discussions. Clients tend to enjoy this session as the stories can be totally out of this world!
